All orders for the JSH BBQ meat kits received before midnight Thursday 16th December will be packed and ready on Thursday 22nd December.

Local delivery for the JSH BBQ meat kits are available for select Auckland post codes. To see if your post code is eligible for delivery, you can check this within the cart page in the check-out process.

All JSH BBQ meat kits are made fresh to order after the order cut off on Thursday 16th December. Unfortunately we cannot cater to different delivery dates.

If you have chosen pick up during the check out process, all JSH BBQ meat kit orders will be ready for pick up on Thursday 22nd December between 12-5pm. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation email with you.

If your postcode is within our shipping zone and is eligible for delivery, shipping is included in the prices shown online. If there are any additional shipping costs these will be clearly communicated to you within the shipping section in the check-out process.

All orders cut off days are communicated per box. If you place an order after the cut off, cut off this will fall into the next delivery cycle.

We deliver all boxes within the listed delivery day per week. We don’t currently have an option for orders to be delivered outside of these delivery days.

You will need to contact us to cancel an order. Please forward or reply to your order confirmation email to help@mynourishkitchen.nz with your cancellation request. Please see our Returns Policy for further information on cancellations. 

Your order can be cancelled up until the order cut off date for your box, all orders received by the cut off date will be processed.

We don’t currently accept Nourish Group Gift Cards as form of payment for My Nourish Kitchen box purchases. However, you can use your Nourish Group gift cards in our restaurants across the Nourish Group, for more information on Nourish Group Gift cards visit our Nourish Group website.

We offer refunds in accordance to our Returns Policy, which you can view here.

Our team of chefs curate menus from our most loved dishes across local restaurants. Each week we receive all orders up until an order cut off day and deliver it directly to your door. You can find all details for order cut off day, delivery day, and what is included in the box listed on the boxes page.

You’ll receive all the necessary ingredients, including pre-prepared signature sauces and accompaniments, as well as easy step by step instructions. Each box includes delicious dishes from New Zealand’s iconic restaurants including Euro Bar & Restaurant, Soul Bar & Bistro, Jervois Steak House, and Andiamo. 

All of our dishes are designed with the minimum amount of staple ingredients required. You will receive a list of staple ingredients in your box but you can expect these are items such as oil, salt and pepper.

Our dishes are prepared in a kitchen that contains eggs, shellfish, dairy, nuts, soy, gluten, allium, and alcohol. This means that unfortunately we're not able to cater to all dietary requirements for My Nourish Kitchen boxes currently.

We don’t currently offer vegetarian or vegan boxes, however some dishes within our boxes are vegetarian.

My Nourish Kitchen Express boxes are a limited time offer and will become available from time to time. Make sure you sign up to our newsletter to keep up to date on when they are available
